WOW! what an honor! Our hardwork paid off! Our club won 6 silver awards at the state convention this year!! Some of the departments receiving awards were Home Life, Education, & International Affairs. Convention was attended by Stepahnie, Megan, Dawn and Kathy.

- Organized a Blood Drive with 22 pints collected
- Hosted Dr Suess Birthday Party at FV Public Library - crafts, games, cake and ice cream, 80 attendees
- Volunteered at the FV Main Street Kitchen to Deliver Meals
- Volunteer quarterly at the FV Emergency Food Pantry
- Clean 2 mile stretch of Hwy 55 quarterly
- Sponsored a child through Childreach
- Sponsored a Girls’ Soccer team through FVAA
- Visited the Women’s Prison
- Awarded a $1000 scholarship to a FV High School Student to attend college
- Collected can food in conjunction with local day cares for World Food Day (given to Food Panty)
- Held local Arts Festival with the Woman's Club
- Had Christmas Party with Santa and presents at Pine Acres Center
- Prepared and served meal at the Chapel Hill Ronald McDonald House
- Saw Les Mis
- Held College Fair at FV Public Library
- Sponsored Egg Hunt and Egg Dying at Pine Acres
- Donated $750 to Operation Smile for a child’s surgery
- Collected items for Operation Smile bags for children undergoing surgery
- Held Bike Rodeo and Egg Hunt at Pine Acres after school program
- Participated in Race for the Cure
- Collected and assembled Toiletry Bags for FV Emergency Food Pantry
- Collected and assembled Toiletry Bags for Ronald McDonald House
- Presented a $250 scholarship for a woman to attend Wake Tech
- Held “How to use the library in your job search” session at FV Public Library
