The District VI Arts Festival will be held at First Baptist Church, 99 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh NC 27603, on February 13th. Registration will begin at 8:00 and the festival should be over by 1:30. Registration is $18 and includes coffee hour and lunch. However, pages only have to pay $12 since they will be assisting with the festival. All clubwomen are encouraged to attend. You can see old friends and make new ones. If you are interested in paging (which is really fun) or in just coming, let me know this Monday at the Junior meeting and give me your registration fee. I will register all of the F-V Juniors together and give the paperwork to Kathy, our District VI treasurer. It would be terrific for the F-V Juniors to have a large showing!!! It would also be a great introduction to paging to see if you would be interested in paging at Conventions in April. | |

| Is there a specific dress attire for this Festival or anything that I would need to bring? | |

| Friday night? where are you staying? I will probably just drive up in the am. Amika- if you page, you wear a white shirt/top/sweater with black pants or black skirt. I've never paged for Arts before but I paged at convention last year and it's fun! You are there to work and make sure things run smoothly. | |

| I think Stephanie was thinking about State Arts when she mentioned driving up on Friday night. For District Arts, we just meet in Raleigh on Saturday morning or carpool from FV. We usually have to be there by 8am, but I'm sure more details will be forthcoming. | |

| Yes--I was talking about State Arts. Thanks go clearing up my mistake Kathy! I guess I was getting my Arts Festivals mixed up! We can decide on a time and place to meet Saturday morning at the General Meeting tomorrow night so we can carpool up together. | |

| Hi ladies! Bring your $12 registration fee (if paging) and your $18 registration fee (if not paging) to the meeting on Feb. 8th. I will fill out the registration form for us and we can give our checks to Kathy that night since Feb. 8th is the last day. We can discuss carpooling arrangements that night. | |

| As long as I have names by the evening of the 8th, we'll worry about the check later in the week. Just remember, if you commit to going on Monday night or on the forum, you are obligated to pay the registration fee since a lunch will be purchased for you. Hope lots of you are able to come!! | |
