February General Meeting - Rescheduled

Hi Jrs! I was waiting until today to see what the roads were like and not much good news comes out of my travel over to Raleigh. Conditions are sketchy in FV and Holly Springs with thick patches of ice on the roads and cars slipping. I have also been contacted by several folks indicating they do not feel they will make the meeting tonight. As a result, I am rescheduling the General Meeting to next Monday, February 8th at a location TBD. We have some important business to discuss at the meeting and I want to be sure we have good representation and an enjoyable meeting without worry about the weather. Stay warm and safe and look for more information here about next week's meeting. lq

Can we ge tthe BBQ form on the forum updated, so we can start taking orders before we meet next week? I went ot print it - but is still the 2005 form.

Im sending the bbq order form to Dawn to forward out. Laura, is there anyway we can meet later this week...we have lots to chat about, we could meet at Pass It On. High Grove wants a deposit by tomorrow, but I feel like we need to go over details of the venue with the club before we make any decisions.

Look forward to seeing everyone tonight at 7pm at Pass It On! I emailed the agenda just so you can see the amount of business I plan to cover! :) I'll have copies at the meeting as well. We will start at 7:05pm so we can get going........I want to be sure we can cover it all by 9pm-ish. Many thanks and look forward to seeing everyone there!
